We currently ship to:

• All states and territories within Australia

• Select international destinations (please contact us prior to ordering if outside Australia)

2. Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times and costs vary based on location. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and a shipping quote.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s progress online.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Postal or courier service issues

• Customs clearance (for international orders)

We will do our best to assist you if a delay occurs, but some factors are beyond our control.

6. Shipping Errors & Lost Packages

If your order is:

• Lost in transit

• Delivered to the wrong address (due to incorrect entry during checkout)

7. Click & Collect (If Applicable)

If you are local, we may offer a free Click & Collect option at our salon. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
