Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of purchase (delivery date for online orders)

  • Include a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Provide a photo and description of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including shipping costs where applicable


4. How to Return a Product

Online Purchases:
Email us at info@laceylux.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Store credit can also be issued upon request


6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible unopened items, subject to stock availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
